Our experience with Crouser & Associates and CPrint® has been a lot more than we expected. The reasons we joined are many. First, we know the name Tom Crouser from reading articles in the trade magazines and getting the Crouser Report. Second, we got that twisted knot feeling in the pit of our stomachs that told us our business was slipping out from under us. Third, we were stagnant. We were not slipping backwards, but we were not growing like we had been doing for the first seven years.

When we had our first onsite, they told us about the "awakening." They made a lot of powerful suggestions to get us on the right track. Blindly we followed not really knowing what the heck and awakening really was. We made progress.

Thanks to the annual onsites and the twice yearly board meetings we were able to know ahead of time that we were going to be losing money IF we didn't step up the plate and do what was required.

I have to tell you, it's a powerful thing to be able to look at your financials - actually read them and understand what they mean - and project what will happen in the next six months should you choose to go down this road or that road. It really opens your eyes. It made me realize that we'd been running our business by the seat of our pants for seven years.
