"CPrint® Helped Us Turn Around"
Three years ago I needed help in turning my business around. Too much debt, some unwise business decisions and a poor management style were leading us down the wrong path. Fortunately, I was referred to Crouser & Associates and CPrint® and we started the process of recovery. We still have much to improve but now we are progressing toward financial stability and having fun in the process. Small business people cherish the independence that goes along with owning their own shop. In many cases, we act like kings in our own countries and do not seek the wisdom of others. We create messes and do not know how to clean them up. The CPrint® framework includes being accountable to a board of printers while we all learn how to make changes to improve our businesses. This Board of Directors approach keeps me moving in the right direction.
